The SBSC policy is to play each player at a minimum of 50% of the game time.

This is an award based on citizenship, helpfulness, attitude, loyalty and attendance.

How to Become a Coach
It’s a three step process (for either head or assistant coaches):

All head and assistant coaches must complete Risk Management
which refers to the fingerprinting and background process that ensures the safety of our players.
If you completed the process anytime from March 2003 on, you do not need to repeat it,
otherwise, you must complete the process before you can coach a team.
